Richard Elliott Architects is a principal-led architectural practice based in Sevenoaks, Kent, working across private residential, community and developer-led projects in Kent, London and the South East.

The work ranges from contemporary new-build houses and major reconfiguration of existing homes to pool buildings, apartment schemes, listed and historic settings, and community architecture. Each project is approached on its own terms, with the design shaped by the site, the brief, the planning context, the budget and the way the building will actually be used.

The practice is design-led, but grounded in delivery. That means careful early judgement, strong planning awareness, clear technical development and direct client involvement throughout.
