Mosque

Technical development of a contemporary mosque and community building, balancing public presence, level change, circulation and the practical demands of a modern British mosque. The work is shaped by use, dignity and clarity rather than decorative display.

Community and worship buildings need more than a good external image. They need circulation that works, a clear relationship between public and private areas, practical internal organisation and a civic presence that feels calm and confident.

The project demonstrates the practice's ability to take a culturally specific brief and translate it into architecture that is robust, contemporary and grounded in real use.
